The App, including its design, code, user interface, graphics, logos, text, and all other content created by us, is owned by StringiFy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on your personal or business device solely for the purposes described in these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
6.3 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the business data, documents, images, and other content you create or upload in the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the App's features to you.
6.4 Feedback
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the App, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
You are solely responsible for all content you create, enter, upload, or share through the App. You represent and warrant that:
We do not review or verify the accuracy of business documents you create. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all documents generated using the App.
We recommend that you regularly back up your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, App malfunction, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason necessary to protect the App or its users.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification - will continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
